Currently based in Nashville with partner Bubba, Big D is no stranger to Cookeville. He got his start at the age of 14 on a 1,000 watt Christian radio station in the Upper Cumberland. 

Big D and Bubba met and worked together in Baton Rouge, Louisiana before settling into the heart of country music in Nashville, Tennessee. The duo now share their friendship, stories, goofiness and the most country Saturday mornings in the Upper Cumberland on 106-9 Kicks Country.
